These Terms of Use govern your use of MatchPoint Coach ("the App"), developed by MPC Labs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
By creating an account or using MatchPoint Coach, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
MatchPoint Coach is a personal badminton match tracking and AI coaching application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MPC Labs is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately at mpclabs1@gmail.com if you suspect any breach of security.
MatchPoint Coach offers optional paid subscriptions (Pro and Premium) processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings. We do not process payments directly — all billing is handled by Apple or Google.
Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
You retain ownership of all match data and content you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant MPC Labs a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.
The AI coaching insights and reports provided by MatchPoint Coach are generated from your match data and are intended for personal development purposes only. They do not constitute professional sports coaching advice. MPC Labs makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated insights.
All content, features, and functionality of MatchPoint Coach — including but not limited to the design, code, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by MPC Labs Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time via the App or by visiting our account deletion page.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MPC Labs does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPC Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
